IEEE New Brunswick Section, History

Raymond D. Findlay, the 2002 IEEE President, http://power.eng.mcmaster.ca/findlay/findlay.htm, founded the IEEE New Brunswick Subsection in 1970. The section was founded on March 28, 1973.
