The Canadian CubeSat Project gives selected teams of professors and students across the country the unique chance to design and to build their own satellites to be launched from the International Space Station (ISS).

The IEEE New Brunswick Section is proud to be an official sponsor of CubeSat NB in support of the team from New Brunswick working to build their satellite, named VIOLET. This dedicated group includes IEEE members and student members from across the province joining together as part of this incredible project.

We look forward to cheering on the launch of New Brunswick’s first satellite.
